Waad Jakoub is an experienced senior planner who has provided programmes for numerous large international engineering projects in execution and tender.
Waad’s expertise encompasses analyses of programmes including consultancy and the development of an internal resource planning concept comprising user training in international workshops. She has a German university diploma in Engineering Economics and is fluent in German, English and Arabic.
During her professional career, Waad has created fully linked project time schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, producing monthly progress updates, critical path analyses, S-curves and monthly reports. She is also practiced in providing direct customer support, negotiating offers and controlling deliveries gained during a previous role as a Key Account Manager in sales.
Building on her planning knowledge, Waad is experienced in using recognised methods for delay analysis. She has supported in establishing the cause and effect of programme delay and critical path analysis, and has assisted appointed experts in the production of expert reports for international energy and building projects either in P6 or Asta Powerproject. Recently, Waad has provided support for consultancy on a delay analysis prepared by an oil and gas client and assessment of a claims delay analysis for an energy client.
