Stuart Hardy is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, specialising in dispute resolution for the last 18 years. He has worked on projects across the globe covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and North and South America.

Stuart has represented employers and contractors on quantum issues in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.  He has been appointed as an independent quantum expert on numerous occasions and as an expert advisor on claims. He has also been jointly appointed to provide expert determination of quantum disputes.

Stuart has particular experience in the infrastructure and natural resources sectors where he has been involved in many high value disputes in arbitration and litigation involving delay, disruption and termination quantum issues.
