Concurrency in the Modern Construction Environment

Fairway, experts in international construction and engineering disputes, have announced the promotions of David Drljaca and Pradhis Maharaj to the position of Senior Manager.
David Drljaca has over ten years’ experience of providing quantity surveying, claims advice and quantum assessments to clients in the property, infrastructure, and energy sectors. David has experience of projects in the UK and internationally, and has spent extensive periods on-site or located in client offices overseas. He possesses an expansive technical skill set due to obtaining a working knowledge of construction processes such as procurement, contract administration and valuation. David has provided quantum advice pertaining to contractor, subcontractor and employer disputes in adjudication, arbitration and litigation resolution procedures. He has undertaken quantum assessments on complex, multi-claim disputes requiring technical and contractual understanding. David holds qualifications in quantity surveying, construction law and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Pradhis Maharaj is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working on commercial and infrastructure projects. Over the last ten years he has specialised in supporting both quantum and planning experts to analyse complex construction disputes in mediation, adjudication, international arbitration and litigation proceedings. His contentious experience is wide ranging and includes supporting experts on insurance, residential, schools, infrastructure and onshore process plant disputes in UK courts and international tribunals. Pradhis is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators having completed an advanced certificate in International Arbitration.
