Fairway, experts in international construction and engineering disputes, today announced the promotions of Nicolas Noyer, Stephen Podestà and James Thomas to the position of Director.
Nicolas Noyer is a quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has worked for main contractors, subcontractors and professional quantity surveying practices and is well versed in running complex multi-disciplinary construction projects in the rail, infrastructure, civils and oil and gas sectors. Since joining Fairway in 2010, Nicolas has participated in a number of high profile international arbitrations and has been appointed as quantum expert on a number of instances.
Stephen Podestà is a chartered builder and a professionally qualified planning specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has extensive knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques, risk management and project management. He has been appointed as the delay expert on a number of assignments and also as an expert advisor.
James Thomas is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has worked for fund monitor surveyors, professional quantity surveyors, main contractors and subcontractors in various construction sectors. James has been appointed as quantum expert on a number of occasions, which have included mediation, adjudication and high court actions. His experience in construction management for large contractors and years within professional consultancy provide a solid footing for his expert appointments.
