Chris Hillier

Eur. Ing., MSc (Const. Law), BSc (Hons) (Eng), C.Eng, M.I.Gas.E, M.I.Mech.E., M.I.E.T., M.I.E.

Chris is a Chartered Engineer, European Engineer, a member Federation Europeene d’Associations Nationales d’Ingenieurs, an Adjudicator under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and an Independent Person under the E.S.Q.C. Regulations 2002.

He is a Director of Fairway and has a BSc (Hons) in Natural Gas Engineering, is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Gas Engineers, Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Institution of Electrical Engineers, Institute of Energy and is a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers contract working party. Chris has a MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from Kings College, London and lectures at Kings College on practical engineering and construction issues in the energy sector.

Chris has been appointed as an expert providing reports on project and construction management and quantum matters for disputes of up to $0.5 billion. He has given evidence in various judicial forums including an ICC Arbitration and the TCC and provides project management, time and quantum advice to ongoing projects.
