CAN COLLABORATION & DISPUTE AVOIDANCE PANELS REALLY IMPROVE PROJECT OUTCOMES?

Posted on 16th June 2017

Fairway Director Paul Cacchioli joined Stephen Blakey of Network Rail to present at a RADAR Roundtable, hosted by ResoLex, on 6th June 2017.

The roundtable, entitled Driving Industry Change, focussed on a number of initiatives introduced by Network Rail to improve the effectiveness of their capital programme through enhanced collaboration.

The presentation explored how particular initiatives, including the Commerical Directors' Forum (CDF) and dispute avoidance panels (DAP), can significantly increase team effectiveness and produce positive project outcomes.
